Estonian folk music blog

Dear friends,

Coming with the new folk music wave in Estonia there have been thoughts how to introduce estonian folk music to the world. This blog is one of the ways to do so.

The idea of Estonian folk music blog has been in my thoughts for a very long time. Now it has became reality. I have a plan to introduce you Estonia` folk music, musicians, records and the latest news.

I hope that this blog helps you to understand a small nation in the shore` of Baltic sea through music. Finno-Ugric people have always connected to land and this idea of people and land as one has left its mark to estonian` ancient runosong.

I hope that you will enjoy a new experience in estonian folk music!
